Q: What can I expect at my free in home consultation?
A: Our representative will come to your home with tape measure and samples in hand. She/He will measure your windows and go over product solutions for your specific windows. In most cases, we will be able to provide you a quote before we leave your home.
Q: How long is my quote good for?
A: Quotes are good for 30 days from the quote date.
Q: What is the Blind Faith warranty?
A: The Blind Faith warranty is a service that we extend to our customers beyond the manufacturers warranty where we will service your window coverings for any reason for the first year without any additional fees. So, if your dog eats your blind during the first year, we will come out and repair or replace at no charge. That’s the Blind Faith warranty.
Q: When do I have to pay?
A: Your order is placed when a 50% deposit is collected. The remaining 50% is due upon installation. For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards, but also offer cash discounts.
Q: How do your prices compare to big box home improvement stores and other window covering retailers?
A: Blind Faith provides superior products and services at even lower prices. By keeping overhead low, we are able to offer extensive savings to our customers. Bring us your quote from another company and we will be sure to beat it.
Q: Will you give me my window measurements?
A: Upon request, window measurements can be provided after installation is complete or before ordering for a $75 fee that may be applied to the purchase of your window coverings. Please note that measurements may differ depending on the selected product and manufacturer specifications.
